1. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to residents of the fifty United States aged Eighteen (18) and over only.  Contest is subject to all applicable state, federal and local laws (including, without limitation, all privacy laws) and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. CONTEST OBJECTIVE  AND HOW TO ENTER: Contest objective and how to enter are as outlined on our website or social media posts.

4. RULES:  By participating, you agree to these rules and agree comply with all state, federal and local laws, rules and regulations. By participating you also accept our decisions as final and binding, including with respect to the refusal, withdrawal, or disqualification of entries at our sole discretion.

5. PRIZES / ODDS:  Contest prizes valued at less than $600 each and limited to five (5) are as outlined on our website or social media posts.  The odds of winning is dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

6. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: Winners will be notified (“Notice”) via text or email based on the information provided and winners will have ten (10) business days following receipt of Notice to collect their prize otherwise it will be forfeited.  We are not responsible for a contestant’s failure to provide correct contact information.  We have the right to use your name and likeness in connection with the Contest to fulfill our obligations.

7. STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

(1) We reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Contest for any reason including the non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond your control that impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct or administration of the Contest.

(2) By entering you agree to release and hold us and our subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries.

(3) These rules and the Contest are subject to the laws of the State of California. Any and all disputes hereunder are to be resolved solely in courts located in Los Angeles, California.
